Last December (2018) an interview of Romano was published in the “Pharmaceutisch Weekblad”. This pharmaceutical paper is published weekly by the Royal Dutch Society of Pharmacy. In this interview Romano emphasizes the relevance of multi component reactions together with some achievements from the past like the improved synthesis of telaprevir and his world record 8 component reaction.
